College Operations Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
ICP is an Associate College of the University of Portsmouth. They were founded in 2009, with over 700 students enrolling this year. They are a member of the a global group, a respected leader in global higher education partnered with more than 120 colleges and locations worldwide.
The team prepares international students from all around the world for undergraduate- and postgraduate-level study at the University of Portsmouth. They are a really dedicated team who work hard to ensure that students have the very best chance of success, whether that work is academic or welfare and transition support. TheCollege Operations Manager Role
They are looking for an Operations Manager to undertake and oversee a variety of functions related to College operations. This is a very varied and busy support role, with responsibilities relating to College and Student Finance; HR administration, communications and maintenance of records; linking with the University of Portsmouth teams in the management of Estates, Facilities and the College's IT; ensuring excellent service to students and visitors to the College; management of ordering and College suppliers, supporting various committees, and liaising with Navitas Central Shared Services teams to ensure that the service our students, agents, sponsors and other partners receive the highest levels of service.
This support is so that their students and other stakeholders experience the best levels of service and an excellent experience when dealing with them. This helps students to achieve to the best of their capability, to be successful and to progress to the University of Portsmouth, and helps their other partners and stakeholders to maintain the highest levels of confidence in them as a College.
This student success in particular is key to the College success, and they strongly believe that engaged students are successful students, and they only succeed as a College when they do as a student.
College Operations Manager Requirements
Amongst other skills and experience, you would have at least A-Level or equivalent qualifications, a background in at least one (and preferably more) of the areas noted above, and you would thrive in an exciting, fast-moving and busy environment where conflicting priorities are the norm.
