Teachers UK are currently looking to recruit a Sociology Teacher to work at a fantastic school in the Mansfield area starting ASAP. The post is initally for the rest of the academic year but is likely to extend.
This is a part time position and requires someone who is dedicated and willing to work on a long term basis, with the potential for a temp to perm option. Ideally we require someone who has taught Sociology and Health and Social Care previously to pupils of different abilities.
If successful in this role you would be responsible for planning, marking and preparation of lessons and would be expected to conduct lessons that are in accordance to the schools expectations.
In order to be considered for this post, you will need to:
- Hold QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
- Have a good knowledge of the current National Curriculum.
- Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour and always strive to get the best out of your students.
