My client are a fast growing IT Managed Services Company with offices in London and Manchester. Due to continued growth and expansion plans they have a exciting role available for a proven ITIL Service Manager.

As ITIL Service Manager you will be ITIL V3 / V4 accredited and have the proven ability to of implementing and operating ITIL methodology in a MSP providing Digital workplace transformation. The ITIL Service Manager will be responsible for ITIL implementation and process across an organisation and promote and measure adoption. Initially the role will focus upon the design, documentation, configuration and introduction of ITIL processes across the business, focusing upon functional requirements, process integration and configuration of tooling to introduce measurable process, governance and insightful reporting.

The role forms part of a team of ITIL Service Managers defining, implementing and operating ITIL process across the business. Ensuring that key processes are embedded and functionally operable to deliver service stability, reporting, continuous improvement and a culture of service excellence. The individuals will be experienced in operating in a highly governed environment and able to lead and as a team demonstrate competency in multiple ITIL functional processes including Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Enablement, Service Level Management, Release Management, Service Design and Service Reporting.
