Summary
Protocol Education are working with a school located in Nottingham who are currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to work closely with students on the Autistic Spectrum (ASD) and who also may have Severe Learning Difficulties (ASD).
The Role:
As a SEN Teacher, you will focus on supporting pupils on the Autistic Spectrum and/or Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) at a primary level. In the role, you should expect to work closely with the school SENCO as well as classroom teachers and provide support to a whole class, smaller groups, and one-on-one. You will be provided with support to help assist you in your role.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience as a SEN Teacher or in your NQT year and working with students with ASD, and/or SLD needs. If you are passionate about working with SEN students and looking to grow your experience then please still apply as we offer ongoing training. This successful person for this role will need to show strong patience, good communication and enthusiasm towards helping children to learn and have QTS.
