International organisation located in Liverpool is looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join their business on a contract basis. Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Providing remote 1st line desktop support will be your responsibility.
- You will make sure queries are resolved in a timely manner,
- Ensure all calls are logged accurately,
- Effectively manage the ticketing system in order to provide user with highest quality customer service.
