Your new company
International organisation located in Liverpool is looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join their business on a contract basis.

Your new role
  • Providing remote 1st line desktop support will be your responsibility.
  • You will make sure queries are resolved in a timely manner,
  • Ensure all calls are logged accurately,
  • Effectively manage the ticketing system in order to provide user with highest quality customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a similar position within an IT department is a must
  • Active Directory and Office 365 skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • An analytical mindset
