Training Manager

Are you a good all-round Trainer / Learning and Development professional able to commute to Mansfield in Nottinghamshire?

You will be responsible for co-ordination and delivery of all of the training requirements for this growing and successful business with a great culture. The organisation places great emphasis on developing and training its staff and helping them to fulfil their potential.

You would be developing and updating training materials, sourcing and co-ordinating external training companies, developing and delivering training courses and identifying training needs.

You will be a great communicator who is will willing to get involved in organising all aspects of the company training and development.
