Behaviour Support Assistant
Are you experienced with challenging behaviour or SEN and looking for your next challenge?
If so, this could be the role for you!
With children being out of school for the majority of this year, there is a higher demand for extra support staff in schools to work with challenging behaviour
The Role:
*Full-time school hours (08:30 - 15:30)
*1:1, small group or full class support
*Opportunity for the roles to become permanent
Responsibilities:
*Supporting the learning and development of pupils who struggle to engage within classes
*Provide general support to Teachers in lessons
*Deliver resources to small groups of pupils who are withdrawn from classes
Requirements:
*Confident with supporting children who have challenging behaviour/SEN
*Previous experience with SEN (whether that be in school or in other backgrounds)
*Ability to build positive relationships with students
