Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Programme Manager to work in the Corporate Programme Management Office within the NHS in Liverpool. This is a temporary ongoing contract for a minimum for 3 months.
£27.96 PAYE an hour equivalent to £54,500 annual salary. (paid via an umbrella company)
The role is specifically focused on strategic planning. The key aspects of the role will include:
*Support the definition and implementation of a clear process for strategic planning, which links clinical, financial, workforce, estate and digital/technology planning cycles into a coherent, documented whole Trust Strategic Plan.
*Create corresponding implementation plans accompanied by measurable outcomes at all levels in the organisation to include the development of a process for regular review and reporting.
*Support the development, production and delivery of the Trust's Annual Plan/Strategic Implementation Plan, including submission to regulators within agreed timescales, working with the wider Board of Directors. Support the organisation to create a clear process for annual strategic planning and review, which links the individual clinical, workforce, financial, estate and digital/technology planning cycles into a coherent documented whole Trust strategy
*Work with the Director of Strategy to embed implementation planning processes within the Trust at all levels, ensuring they fully articulate operational and financial priorities. Ensure plans include measurable outcomes and develop a regular reporting process to track key/priority implementation progress
*Work with the communications team, ensure internal and external stakeholders are involved in the development of plans and strategies and are well briefed on change programmes.
