E-Commerce Manager - Luxury Retail - Relocation support on offer - Glasgow

A Luxury based retailer, with a strong Scottish heritage with a network of stores up and down the UK, they know that their people are the greatest asset to the company's success, taking this into account, they are delighted to be growing the business further, as an exciting opportunity for a technically experienced E-Commerce/Web Trading Manager has arisen to provide support and lead an E commerce team of 4. As well as leading a successful team this role will play a key part in the businesses continued online growth and will be seen as a key Stakeholder within the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• E commerce Team Management, team of 4
• Developing, implementing and delivering E comemrce plans
• Budget/project roll out and management
• Reporting and Analytics
• Collaborating across various parts of the business including merchandisers, marketing teams and other Senior Stakeholders
• PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) content plan implementation
• PESO Metrics

APPLICANTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

• Proven experience delivering digital growth (B2C)
• Undertsanding of best practices of website optimisation and content creation
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills to deliver campaigns and activities to time and budget
• Ability to effectively operate and manage Paid search, SEO, email, social etc
• Data analysis, interpretation and appropriate action ability
• People management experience - direct and agency (NON NEGOTIABLE)
