This Learning Support Assistant role are an aspiring Educational/Clinical Psychologist and Speech and Language Therapists dream!

As their Learning Support Assistant you will be timetabled to work with 1-2 pupils with Autism. Here you will develop your practical knowledge of autism, trialing different teaching strategies in order to provide the best outcome for the pupil.

The child you will be supporting is in Year 4 and is known to challenging at times when he is frustrated and will at times be a demanding: if you are a person that has a passion for supporting and developing children with special needs, and love rising to a challenge then this is the Learning Support Assistant role for you!

The school has a high amount of children with learning difficulties with an excellent provision in place for them. The SENCO and her team are committed, friendly and highly dedicated individuals with a wealth of experience among them that they can share with their new recruit!

This role would be perfect for a Psychology/Speech and Language Graduates who wants to expand on their experience in a long term Learning Support Assistant role.
