Job Details
Your new company
You will be working for a design and manufacturing business based near Bala . The company have been established for over 40 years and have expanded their product within the UK.
Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is varied with the main duties being:
* Paying invoices
* Credit card payments
* Daily reconciliation and banking Post cash receipts
* Billing and invoice enquiries
* Credit control-chasing outstanding debts
* Maintain accurate balance of debtors and creditors Monthly statements, reminders, final demands Multi-currency transactions
* Currency trade deals
* Vat returns, ec sales lists and intrastat Payroll
* Gathering and analysing data to provide monthly management reports
Other ad hoc duties will be helping out in the office, sales support, purchase and stock.
Requirements
The client is looking for the right candidate to have excellent communications skills and have the drive to help the team. You will need to show that you have the correct finance skills ideally within an all-round SME business.
Benefits
Salary up to 30k, 8.30 to 5 (offer some flex / wfh), 25 days plus bank hols.
