Job Details

Our training division, Momentum Training, is currently seeking for an Apprenticeship Compliance Manager to come and help to lead our growing Apprenticeship delivery project.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with the proven capability of taking the initiative and bringing new ideas to Momentums team. The right applicant will have a positive, can-do attitude, inspiring their team to help Momentum achieve our ambitious growth targets.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership position to really shape the future direction of Momentum's Training division.

Key Requirements:

* Experience of managing Apprenticeship and or L5 programmes

* Extensive operational experience, demonstrating ability to manage several projects at same time

* Experience with ILR reporting

* Working with large, corporate clients

* Managing teams including effective coaching techniques

* Giving presentations or public speaking;

* Experience of negotiation with and managing different stakeholders

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* The ability to work well in a team and be collaborative

* The ability to lead and take the initiative

* Commerciality

* Knowledge of one file

* Current funding rules

* Previous experience of working with Ofsted

* Knowledge of funding booking for learners drawdown and reporting

Quality Assurance:

* Implement internal quality assurance strategy to evaluate delivery, coaching, marking and EPA support

* Ensure Internal Quality Assurance staff conduct activity to the appropriate standard

* Ensure Management Observations are completed to the appropriate standard

* Drive Continuous Improvement across programme delivery, coaching and assessment activity

* Attend monthly feedback and data meetings owning programme and coaching improvement activity

Educational Delivery:

* Set programme end point assessment (EPA) strategy and ensure implementation working in conjunction with Programme Leaders

* Set learner support strategy and embed a consistent Apprenticeship support

* Collaborate with Centre Manager to create high quality structure, delivery and assessment of Programmes

* Act an Interim Programme Leader across disciplines in periods of Programme Leader absence

* Host Programme Leader Management Meetings to review performance and to address improvement areas

People Management and Development

* Forecast and manage resource requirements across programme disciplines to ensure high-quality delivery in line with agreed KPI's
