IT Security Manager - Newcastle - £50-60,000 + Excellent Benefits
Role Overview:
The Operational Security Manager will be responsible for managing all security activity within the organisation and will be reprehensible for proactively ensuring that security is represented at all levels and all functions. You will be responsible for overall IT security strategy, including the enterprise level cyber security solutions.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be responsible for managing a team of security analysts.
You will be responsible for relationships both internally and externally with 3rd Parties and be responsible for implementation of best practice risk management methodologies.
Key skills and experience:
* Significant experience in design of complex IT infrastructure solutions with a focus on security, process and controls
* Formal Qualifications such as CISSP or CISM
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships
