A fantastic opportunity to work for a M&E service provider who are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on a large commercial site based in Colchester, Essex. This is role is offering a salary of £36,000 depending on experience, With fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.

Job Role:
You will be required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime opportunities available.

The role of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.

Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building plant (L8, FCU maintenance, chillers, cooling towers, UPS, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work)

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;

·Fans, Belts, Filters

-UPS

-Chillers

- Cooling Towers

·Emergency lighting

·Fire alarm testing

·AHU's, FCU's

·Pumps, Motors

·Plumbing

·Splits, VRV's, VRF's

Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have:

·The ideal candidate will have the relevant qualifications - City & Guilds Electrical/ Mechanical

·With at least 5 years' experience in M&E Maintenance

·17th/18th edition preferably

·Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
