Senior Application Analyst | Liverpool | up to £42,000
Your new role
As Senior Application Analyst you will take the lead on technical resolutions, sharing your extensive application knowledge with the analysts. You will be the 'go to' person for complex issues, whilst simultaneously working collaboratively with your team to maintain the business applications, manage MDM and SCCM platforms, and create/update documentation. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and fix software and application issues, enforce security procedures and policies, and maintain desktop imaging testing and releases. You will liaise with architects, 3rd party vendors and other relevant stakeholders to ensure BAU and project activities are complete.
What you need to succeed
Minimum 4 years' experience in relevant role
Excellent current knowledge: O365, W10, Active Directory, iManage, SCCM, Intune
Evidence of successful project execution, collaborative work, synthesizing of complex technical issues
Able to research and suggest applications and solutions
Analytical thinker, excellent communicator, collaborative & people focused approach
