THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing business based in the Newcastle area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into the accounts sector or develop on their existing experience. Our client has created a warm, friendly atmosphere and a great working environment. The role would suit someone with strong communication skills as credit control/client care will be a big part of the role.
THE JOB:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Processing high volumes of invoices.
Dealing with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs).
Credit control.
Bank reconciliations.
Entering and reconciling financial transactions.
Assisting in the month end process.
Attending and contributing to departmental meetings.
Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
THE PERSON:
Excellent communication skills (essential).
6 months accounts experience or a strong customer service background - will also look at Accounts & Finance Graduates.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Hard working.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent client care skills.
