We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager in Paid Channels to join one of FTSC top 250 companies, which provides market-leading consumer products and services including Financial Services and Telecommunications. This is a new role and reports directly to the Head of CRM working closely with a 3rd party agency.

Your responsibilities will include -
  • Day to day running of all of paid channels including Paid Search, Display, YouTube advertising, Facebook & Instagram
  • Working alongside an external agency for day to day optimisation of paid accounts to drive down CPA and improve ROI
  • Advise on best practices of on-site SEO to ensure rankings are stable and growing in key areas
  • Managing the digital budget
  • Working closely with product teams , UX and Design to ensure customer journey is at front of mind for Digital Acquisition
  • Reporting of key digital metrics for focusing on actionable insights and attribution.
  • Understanding of the digital acquisition - PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliate, Paid Social Channels
  • Understanding of paid campaigns on Google (Ad words & You Tube), Bing, Facebook & other online acquisition channels

Candidates will need to have:-
  • Drive and determination to work through data to develop a strategy, co-coordinating the processes to deliver it
  • Excel at project management and the execution and delivery of marketing activity
  • Organisational skills, solutions-focused and dynamic, with an excellent eye for detail
  • Strong and persuasive, as well as the ability to build partnerships
