The Litigation department advises a diverse client of investors, borrowers, landlords and owner occupiers. The department also offers a truly bespoke to HNW offshore individuals and coupled with this, they have an extensive network and a fast-growing client base. You will join a highly experienced, legal 500 tier department. The team are professional, friendly, supportive, and strong business generators. You will be a Litigation Legal Executive with 1-2 years' experience (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
In this role you will be working on contentious property matters, predominately dealing with landlord and tenant matters. Examples of work includes:
- Possession proceedings
- Service charge issues
- Boundary disputes
- Enforcement matters
- General contentious property work
In this role you will be working very closely alongside existing partners giving you a fantastic platform to progress and develop on a technical level. There will be close supervision ensuring you are comfortable with files. The dispute resolution team are ranked in the legal 500. Requirements
