They are currently recruiting for a Pensions Team Manager, please see below details about the role:

- Managing a team of 7 pensions administrators

- Ownership of Team Processes, Risks and Controls in line with the RCSA Register

- Maintain SLA + Highlight Exceptions

- Morning MI Report

- Daily Task Allocations

- Sickness Updates & Holiday Updates

- Quality Oversight

- Team Meetings & MI

- Team Leader 1-1 MI

- Team Member Appraisal Action Plan Review

- Client Service Review

- New Starter Onboarding & Access


- At least 2 years experience as a Team Manager within an office environment

- Experience within a financial services company - ideally within pensions
