RGN/RMN/RNLD - MOBILE CARE MANAGER
£30,000 - £34,000/annum
Must Be Registered With NMC
MUST DRIVE OWN CAR- FUEL PAID FOR
37.5 hours per week 9-5
50% working from home. 50% around region
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take ownership and accountability for managing provision for caseload • Partner with the Commercial team to support new and existing clients • Complete and review Client Needs and Risk Assessments in line with regulatory guidance • Develop, review and implement Service User Personal Care Plans in line with regulatory guidance • Manage client care packages, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance standards are met • Work in partnership with the care coordination team and recruitment to ensure clients are sufficiently resourced • Responsible for ensuring PAs are trained and required competencies are signed-off in accordance with client needs within the skills that you have been trained and are able to delegate • There will be an expectation you delegate tasks under your nursing registration, this will include supporting with Neurogenic bowel management training and where appropriate clinical skills on a rota basis as well as supporting non-clinical Care managers with delegation of skills • Provide exception-based support for covering shifts to avoid service failure • Initiate and manage the safeguarding and regulatory notification process in line with Company policy and procedure • Manage complaints and concerns process for your clients in line with company policy and procedures.
