Service Desk Team Lead
£20000 - £30000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Lead to join a reputable and innovative business near Derby.
The main responsibility of this role will be to manage the day to day operations of the Service desk as well as providing support across the business. You will be a point of escalation for your team
It is important that service delivery demands are met with a high standard of customer service & satisfaction. You will also focus on continuous improvements for the service desk.
Skills & Experience
* Experience managing the day to day operations of an IT Service desk.
* Experience managing a small team (line management, 121s, appraisals etc)
* Be able to provide a high standard of IT to the business
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of an organisation
* A personable and self-motivated attitude is needed
* Experienced with overseeing ticket management system (JIRA is beneficial)
* Previous experience coaching and mentoring service desk staff
