Accounts Administrator - Part Time Temporary to Permanent Northampton 25/30 Hours a week £10.00 P/H
SF Recruitment are currently working with a client of ours based in Northampton who are seeking an Immediately Available Accounts Administrator to join the business on a temporary to permanent basis. Our client is seeking an individual to provide immediate support to the Company Accountant. This role has the potential of turning permanent after a successful temporary period. The successful candidate must be immediately available & experience within a similar role is essential.
Accounts Admin Responsibilities - Process invoices, reconcile delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders, in line with best practice processes - Debt Management and collection of customer accounts - Setting up new customer payment plans - Chasing outstanding debts - Ensure all purchases are fully and accurately recorded on Sage 200 (with the correct supplier code, nominal code and cost centre attributed to each and every record) - Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and company credit card(s) - Dealing with expenses & data administration - Deal with (and resolve) general invoice queries via phone and email
Requirements of the Finance Assistant - Experience within a similar role - Sage experience - desirable - Proficient in using Microsoft Excel - Ability to prioritise workload
