Are you an organised, methodical Nurse who is passionate about delivering positive change? Then you can build a fast-moving nursing career with Care UK and help our residents get more out of life every day.
Who are you?
As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you'll be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You are driven and will be keen to develop your leadership skills as well as your nursing/clinical knowledge. A friendly and personable approach will mean that you are able to build close relationships not only with residents and their families, but also the team around you.
What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating the care team during your shifts whilst also ensuring that the residents' medical, physical and emotional requirements are exceeded. You will assess, develop, implement and evaluate care plans for the residents in accordance with our clinical governance framework. Ultimately you will champion residents' safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement within the home.
