Senior Project Manager - Business Integration

Overview

Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a key client in the North East who are undergoing a M&A and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help with the integration of services. This role is for an immediate start and is expected to run for 9-12 months. This individual will be key in coordinating with the various stakeholders in the business and ensuring a smooth transition.

Location: North East- you must be based close by in a commutable distance if needed
Rate: Competitive and negotiable

The Role

As part of the merger, our client are working to integrate and transition the newly acquired business over and require a project manager to scope, manage and deliver the integration associated with an active TSA

• IT Services
• Finance Systems
• People and payroll
• CRM System

Working with key stakeholders in the business, you will be jumping into a critical role in the M&A.
Experience required

• Project Management experience
• Proven track record in a similar role (Mergers and business integration)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly motivated self starter who makes things happen
