My client are a busy Romsey based law firm that have an exciting opportunities for experienced Property Secretaries to join their highly reputable department. There are positions in both the Residential and Commercial team.
They are looking for an experienced legal secretary who is able to:
• Provide secretarial/assistant support to solicitors and other members of the department
• Be familiar with Land Registry and HMRC commonly used forms and processes
• Efficiently handle telephone calls, liaise with clients and third parties
• Provide assistance to and dealing with tasks delegated by lawyers
• Have sound knowledge of MS Word (particularly advanced knowledge of track changes) and all Office systems.
