Maintenance Manager - North Nottinghamshire - PFI

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to deliver M&E PPM and reactive maintenance services to a PFI healthcare contract across North Nottinghamshire.

As one of four Maintenance Managers, you will focus on the North Nottinghamshire sites while being expected to cover Nottingham central, Derbyshire and Leicestershire sites for holidays, sickness or when needed.

You will manage a team of Facilities Engineers (covering Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Building Fabric maintenance), semi-skilled maintenance engineers and a small selection of specialist sub contractors.

Sites will include, healthcare and medical centres, doctors surgery's, palliative care, hospice and walk in centres.

From a Facilities Engineering background you will manage maintenance and compliance across the portfolio. You will take a lead in delivering excellent service to the client while proactively managing the workload of the Engineers.

PFI knowledge would be useful.

Up to £41k plus car allowance.
