Senior Brand Manager FMCG
2021 might not have got off to the start we all hoped for but that doesn't mean you need to curb your ambition. You love marketing, you're an expert in consumerism and your background working with major retailers has given you all the tools of the trade.
This job will give you the freedom to be creative, run with new ideas and be wacky. But it's your ability to back up your brand strategy plans with detailed analysis of sales, markets and pricing which has always enabled you to succeed.
This is an FMCG product, it moves fast, it's changeable and as such you need to be agile in your thinking and quick to react. You'll set the style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision as well as long and short term goals. You'll contribute to NPD/EPD and work with the Category and Insights Manager to monitor competitive products and the market.
You have done all this before though, it's what you do and you do it well. Now come and do it for a company who have doubled their turnover in recent years and are continuing on the upward trajectory.
They are looking for a marketing degree, people management skills and that all important FMCG experience.
