12 months FTC - Maternity Cover with potential to become a permanent role
Skipton, Monday - Thursday, 6.15am - 4.30pm, £24,000 - £27,000
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all staff are following company procedures at all times, including Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental regulations
Promote continous improvement strategies
Supervise and motivate the team, assist with disciplinary meetings, performance reviews and recruitment needs
Ensure quality documents are completed accurately
Facilitates the timely availability of raw materials
Ensure training records are maintained and updated regularly
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
Previous experience supervising a team
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
Previous experience using Oracle and Livelink
Strong communication skills
Strong understanding of Health & Safety
Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workloadClosing date is 05/02/2021
