1st line Desktop Support Analyst / Remote working / NHS
£135 per day INSIDE IR35 / Immediate start
As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide a front-line problem service solving all IT challenges encountered by users across the NHS organisation.
The role:
*Provide standard and advance support services to users on desktop incidents and service requests.
*Provide technical advice to internal and external customers, as required.
*Resolve issues within agreed timeframes or escalate as appropriate.
Technical experience:
*Technical qualifications, ideally Microsoft or Service Desk Certified.
*Demonstrable skills in providing telephony based technical support, hardware & software.
*2 years+ experience working in a technical support role - NHS / Primary Care experience desirable.
*A good understanding of network & server infrastructure and cyber security.
*Experience working in a customer focused environment
