Salary: £40,000

OTE: £43,000

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Due to continuous growth and investment a fantastic opportunity has just become available for a Production Team Leader to join a well renowned manufacturer in Norfolk. The Production Team leader will be working closely with the Engineering team, coaching, planning, organising and improving the processes. In return, the successful Production Team Leader will be joining a market leading company who have remained stable throughout these uncertain times.

Skills required for Production Team Leader:

• Managing/Supervising/Leading a team of Engineers is essential to be considered for this role
• Focused on improving the processes
• Previous experience within a FMCG
