We are working with a leading regional law firm, who are very well known across the Midlands and beyond. They are looking for a senior residential property lawyer to lead one of their busy residential property teams from their Worcester office. The successful residential property lawyer will be managing their own caseload to include sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold, as well as more complex matters including unregistered land, help to buy and re-mortgages. It is important that you are technically sound as you will be leading a team of residential property fee earners. You will be joining the office in Worcester.

You will be managing a caseload as well as providing support and guidance to a small team, as well as overseeing targets and billings. You will be technically sound as you will be fielding queries from the rest of the team.

You must be able to show atleast 5 years' experience in a residential property team. It's important that you are qualified, either through CILEx/CLC or solicitor. You will have demonstrable client care skills and the ability to manage others well.
