My Client a leading law firm based in Milton Keynes is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join their newly established sectors team. The firm are ranked highly within the Legal 500 and are known for delivering a great client service, currently considering individuals with at least two years post qualification experience.

The team deal with a wide range of high value quality work and have particular expertise in the agriculture, telecoms and utilities sectors. They advise on all aspects of this highly challenging sector, from single property transactions/lettings through to managing large property portfolios.

You will have day to day management of client files covering a wide range of matters including (but not limited to) leasehold acquisitions for greenfield sites, rooftop sites, in-build sites; deeds of variation; agreements for surrender; deeds of surrender; agreements; assignments; licences to occupy; freehold acquisitions; supplemental leases; tenancies at will; break notices; rent deposit deeds; deeds of easement; deeds of covenant; customer licences; relocation agreements; farm business tenancies; grazing licences; wayleaves.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to some high quality work, whilst working alongside a team of highly experienced and skilled lawyers.

The ideal candidate would have great technical ability and be very confident in dealing with aspects of commercial property. Telecoms and agriculture experience is not a necessity but its is preferable. You will have commercial, practical and financial awareness.
