Residential Conveyancer

A new position has arisen with a Legal 500 firm in Solihull for a residential conveyancing solicitor/executive.

You will join a busy and thriving department working in a team comprised of two solicitors, paralegals and support staff. You will be able to hit the ground running on a range of residential conveyancing transactions with a large proportion of them being new build matters. You must have previous experience handling your own caseload from instruction through to completion, along with a proven track record of building upon and developing relationships with clients.

This role offers an individual the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced and reputable lawyer in the market. They offer an approachable and friendly working environment and a supportive culture. The firm is set up for home working but has the capacity for office working should you wish.
