There is a particular focus on developing and maturing company, site capability and facility readiness initiatives and strategies to enable funding, design and delivery. Driving high safety standards and expectations across all areas of the business whilst being an ambassador for diversity and inclusion.
You will continually monitor performance, resource and map capability to ensure the team is prepared for current and future demand. This will include development of individuals within the team to provide opportunity for future career advancement whilst also managing and overcoming shortfalls or poor performance.
