Motivated and enthusiastic individual who is a key member of the IT team with an overarching goal of delivering a first class IT Service Desk support service to the Trust and its customers in line with the Service Level Agreements.
The primary responsibility of this post is to deliver the highest quality service request and incident handling to meet and surpass agreed service levels. The post holder will deliver the highest level of customer service and deliver a first class technical support service. The post holder will work primarily on the telephone to deliver IT support on a range of PC / Laptop or peripheral devices via remote support tools where appropriate. There is an expectation that the post holder may provide support for Desktop colleagues or other IT Services teams as required.
