We are searching for a Marketing Manager to drive our communication programme and implement all marketing activities for Churchill Services. As Marketing Manager, you will oversee the design and build of content to highlight our business, overseeing a Communications Executive whilst working closely with our design team.

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
Providing a key support in the company's communication programme including identifying, researching and developing internal news and updates
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and sub brand sites
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website and sub brand sites
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business
Work with the Design team to create visually appealing assets for social media - infographics, banners, images
Create an annual content plan and develop content use on our website and amongst social media
Monitor the competitor, regulatory, industry and economic environments in order to innovate creative and fresh ideas to the team
Oversee material for current offerings and review to ensure relevancy and support any new product/service launches
Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, and offline assets including photography, new collateral, banners
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of marketing activity
Must have strong copywriting skills to produce effective case studies, narratives and written content
Manage the award submissions programme, ensuring high quality, evidence-based nominations come through from the business As a Marketing Manager you will have the following expertise and attributes:
A minimum of 3 years B2B experience
Self-directing and able to operate independently
Ability to develop compelling narratives and language
Effective and efficient time management
Demonstrates an "investigative" and "can do" approach and attitude to all tasks
Ability to work as part of a small team, whilst demonstrating initiative and ability to work independently when required
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a changing and growing organisation
Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Our commitment to Equality.
