Business Manager Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Researching and understanding of our business and the markets we operate within including industry analysis and market research within the funds and private wealth sector
Identity and support execution of key non-organic growth opportunities including partnerships team acquisitions
Maintain and build on the global strategic playbook
Identification of commercially viable areas of growth by service and by region
Identifying and supporting the design and delivery of new services / key profit-enhancing projects within Vistra in accordance with relevant stakeholders across the business
Design and supporting business cases as appropriate

Key Skills

Degree level qualified
Business and commercial acumen
Ability to interpret business financials & budgets; and able to prepare detailed business cases, including financials
Stakeholder influencing often without direct authority
Proposition development
Online marketing skills including analysis as well as ability to attract an audience
Data analysis and modelling
