Year 2 primary teacher required to start in September

Supply Desk are recruiting for a primary school in Oldham, Manchester. This 'good' 1 and a half form entry primary school in Oldham strive for the highest standards of education an provide a structured, stimulating environment for children to learn effectively. The schools central focus is being committed to ensuring that all their pupils achieve their full potential and become lifelong learners.

As a year 2 teacher you would be required to plan and deliver lessons to a class of year 2 children to enhance their phonics, reading, writing and mathematics. The ideal candidate must have experience working with year 2 children and have a good understanding and the capability to teach and prepare for year 2 SATs. You must have high expectations of the children and have a vast knowledge of key stage 1 numeracy and phonics schemes. The school are looking for a dedicated, passionate and engaging year 2 teacher to join their team and make a difference to the children's education and set them up for a good start in key stage 2.
