An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Assistant Brand Manager to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum, based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London (to work from home until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted). This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25-hour week, to start ASAP. This role is paying between £32,400 - £40,500, pro rata per annum, depending on experience.

Background & Purpose of the Job;

This is an exciting role in one of the biggest and fastest growing brands, in fact the first ever brand U/L launched. Sunlight Dishwash has been growing consistently over the last decade thanks to clear strategic positioning, strong innovation pipeline and white space expansion.

The brand is now in a very exciting stage of its life, with the new strategy being shaped up for implementation, Brand Purpose coming to life, and white space expansions being planned for future growth.

Key responsibilities of the job include shaping the future of Core platform (90% of the brand TO (Turnover) contribution), sustainability and purpose, and innovation development for our global markets. This role reports to the Senior Global Brand Manager Sunlight Core.

Who You Are | What You'll Do

You will support the Core Senior Global Brand Manager in delivering step changing global innovation, from concept creation to mix crafting to communication, and work with partner agencies, CMI and multifunctional project teams to make things happen.

You will understand the competitive environment and the markets we operate in, to identify threats/opportunities and insights to shape future Core plans.

And you will also have the opportunity to action Sunlight's sustainability plan.

You are a doer: you are passionate about making things happen avoiding over-debate, and always keeping end goal in sight.

You are an accountable and responsible leader: you don't sit on a "good enough" but set yourself highest standards, holding yourself accountable for delivery and holding others accountable-not letting them off the hook.

You are a strategic thinker: a successful brand playing across 4 regions, with different consumers needs/behaviours and cultures. You will need to understand consumer and business logic and drive consistency across global innovation development.

You are a digital lover: as communication has evolved in digital, you need to be able to understand and shape best in class DDM, from PRM to 7OA.
