My highly prestigious client are looking to onboard an exceptional Corporate Partner into their fast-growing team in Birmingham. You will be part of a dynamic and well-renowned practice, dealing with a varied caseload.

Personal Specification:

• You will be familiar with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including private equity, venture capital, M&A, corporate reorganisations, and corporate governance.
• You will have an excellent network of existing clients, and will be adept at developing the business alongside colleagues and fellow Partners.
• You should have the desire to help grow an existing team and be a people person, who is comfortable communicating with clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 10 year + PQE Partner who is looking for a new challenge, with a fantastic compensation package.
