Assistant Manager/Vehicle Technician -Southport

Up to £26,000 basic + Bonus

45hrs per week, 8.30-5.30 Monday - Friday, Saturday 8.30-1pm

You must have experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic or MOT Tester to be suitable for this role

Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a national fast fit business to recruit for a hands on Assistant Manager/Vehicle Technician position.

As the Assistant Manager you will assist the Centre Manager in the daily running of the Centre as well as remain hands on to assist the team by carry out vehicle servicing and repair. You will also ideally hold an MOT License for class 4 & 7 vehicles and be able to assist with carrying out MOT's.
Responsibilities:

Carry out mechanical servicing and repair on a variety of vehicles
Carry out MOT Tests to cars and light commercial vehicles

Assist the manager in the day to day running of the centre
Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
Assist with training and mentoring of employees.Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in a supervisory or management role
Experience in Mechanical Technician position
Current valid MOT License

An NVQ qualification Level 2 or 3 or equivalent
Full valid driving licenceBenefits/Perks:
