Position: Commercial Account Executive
Location: Witney (OX28)
Salary: £40,000 per annum (+ bonus and commission)
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)

Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an award-winning insurance broker, who is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join their expanding commercial team of 9, who are based from their vibrant and enthusiastic offices based near Witney.

As Commercial Account Executive, you will be given a portfolio of existing clients to manage and develop, whilst also actively working to bring on new business. You will therefore, need to have strong and broad technical knowledge of commercial insurance and be innovative when bringing on new clientele.

As Commercial Account Executive, around 50% of your role will be going to visit clients across Oxfordshire (after lockdown restrictions) and 50% will be office based, so it is important that the successful Commercial Account Executive is a strong communicator and able to build long-lasting relationships both virtually and in person.

The successful Commercial Account Executive, will work closely with team to ensure their reputation of client care continues to grow along with the revenue. It is therefore vital the successful candidate is motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a lucrative bonus and commission structure in place, whilst ethically selling based on service.

Requirements:

* Strong and broad technical knowledge of commercial insurance

* A track record of managing and building a book of commercial business

* Passionate about offering customer service excellence

* Excellent communication skills and be able to engage effectively at all levels both in person and remotely

* Driven to build a long and successful career within commercial insurance
