Key roles and responsibilities
Complete designated tasks and actions to a high standard
Work within Agency procedures, approval process and sign off
Put timing schedules together
Ensure all client/ supplier correspondence is fully documented and filed
Set up internal / external meetings, communicate action points raised to colleagues
Raise job numbers, file along with correspondence
Occasionally attend client meetings, take notes and create a contact report
Brief external suppliers
Create and maintain client status reportsCreative, artwork and digital assets
Creating and briefing a creative team on a new project
Schedule resource within the agency traffic system
Communicate time allocation to creative team in line with cost estimates.
Debrief feedback and amends to the creative team.
Assist in the approval processDigital and Print production
Understand print production process from briefing to wet proofs.
Brief external suppliers on new jobs, collate quotes and create client estimate
Collate supplier timings and manage against project timing plans and project output
Knowledge of digital production, email, advertising and social media assets
Keen to be involved in client social media programmesFinance
Finance administration is kept up to date
Assist with creating quotes, raising POs and invoices monthly
Populate and manage financial forecasts (with the help and oversight of the AM).
Skills & Experience
Some agency or client-side marketing experience preferable (at least 1 year)
Adaptable and calm under pressure
A confident communicator with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
Able to prioritise a large workload and work to tight timings
Highly organised, methodical and obsessive attention to detail
Commercial understanding and confident with numbers
Take pride in consistently producing high-quality work
