An outstanding independent prep school in Hertfordshire (close and commutable from North West London) are seeking a PE and Girls' Games teacher from April 2021. This is initially a one term role, but there is a possibility this role could be extended into the next academic year for the right person.

There is a happy and enjoyable atmosphere at this independent prep school. Pupils are engaged, have fun and achieve their potential within a safe and friendly environment which is conducive to learning. SMT are keen for every pupil to discover new interests and develop current pursuits, whilst providing academic rigour and giving them freedom to build self-confidence, resilient and their own personalities.

The Head is seeking a teacher of PE to teach across the prep school and some Girls' Games. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching PE and Girls' Games, although NQTs and those with experience, but without QTS are encouraged to apply. You will be highly organised, a team player, want to contribute to the whole life of a school and have a passion for sport as well as young people.
