Brilliant 6 month FTC Finance Transformation role based in Warrington supporting a well-known Business that is undergoing major change/transformation. The Finance Project Manager will play a key role within the finance team in ensuring the delivery of the finance transformation project in changing / improving processes, system and supporting the finance team. The individual will be responsible in assisting the Head of Finance Shared Services in delivering the Finance Transformation Plan by implementing project controls but also working closely with the business to deliver the improvements. Examples are; ERP improvements, process improvements, process mapping, process documentation, change management, risk mitigation.
The role requires a hands-on approach in delivering the improvements required to achieve the roadmap and standards we want to set for the Shared Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the plan to track project performance and manage / highlight any risks
- Work closely with the project teams to ensure delivery of all deliverables
- Work with individuals in the business to assist in project changes / requirements
- Manage the stakeholder relationship and all project communications
- Own and deliver the project reporting
- Create & develop spreadsheets, diagrams, process documents and process maps
- Assist in process development and implement improvements
- Manage the project meetings
- Map and ensure resource availability
- Manage changes to scope
- Log risks, Improvements and dependencies
To be considered, you should have the following skills and experience;
- Qualified Accountant
- Minimum of 5 years PQE
- Strong financial reporting and controls background
- Project management experience in a finance environment
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to deliver with others
- Able to articulate complex financial information in a concise, informative manner
- Understanding of finance processes end to end
