We provide around the clock support to over 70,000 customer with our digital health products. This role is for a compassionate candidate who can empathetically marry the needs of customers with the the success of the business. This is NOT a hard Selling role.

Inbound Sales / Customer Advisor – Digital Health
£22,000 plus potential to earn up to £2,400 bonus per annum (£24,400 OTE)

The Inbound Sales / Customer Advisor Role:
The purpose of the role is to effectively process and convert incoming/outgoing sales leads through all channels and to create efficient appointments for our Field Team.
This includes converting incoming/outgoing warm sales leads through all channels. No hard selling is involved; it is very much about matching the needs of the customer and identifying opportunities for other products and/or services. This role would be suited to someone who has excellent communication and relationship building skills; who is motivated; is used to speaking on the telephone to customers; and has a passion for great levels of customer service which is achieved by selling our products to vulnerable clients which are best suited for them and their personal needs.
You will need the ability to show empathy and patience towards our customers with an open, friendly attitude. Having worked in a telesales environment or have any knowledge of medical terminology is desirable
Consultative Sales / Customer Advisor Duties:
+ Taking inbound enquiries to convert to sales using a friendly communication style.
+ Making outbound calls via warm leads and follow up on previous enquiries.
+ Achieving individual & team KPIs including conversion targets and quality standards.
+ Achieve and maintain an Excellent quality call standard, which is measured on a monthly basis.
+ Placing orders and booking appointments using a CRM system
+ Offline admin tasks including emails
+ Following a Sales script in order to ensure excellent quality for our customers and ensuring they have the product which is right for them.
Skills and Experience
+ Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
+ Microsoft Office experience
+ Previous sales experience
+ Excellent Customer Service experience including speaking to clients over the telephone
+ Able to show empathy towards our vulnerable customers
+ Demonstrable interpersonal skills
+ Strong attention to detail skills
The role will be subject to a standard DBS check.
Location: Our modern office in Exeter EX2 5SP (free parking)
Salary: £18,677 p.a plus potential to earn up to £2,400 bonus per annum (Max £200 per month -KPI driven)
Hours: Staggered Rota Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and 9am – 5pm on Saturday (35 hours per week)
