What does a typical day in this role look like?

* No two days will be the same and no day will be boring!
* Spinning multiple plates, you will manage and deliver several tasks in a short time frame
* Working with stakeholders, you will deliver all aspects of retail and contact centre within your channel partner
* Planning and managing roll outs, communication, and product execution
* Be the key point of contact between the Channel and Samsung, ensuring the effective delivery of all joint business plans
* The operational delivery and end to end management of projects and programmes will be fundamental to your success in this role

We'd love to meet someone with...

* Proven management experience in retail, project management, contact centres and channel account partnerships
* Operationally strong mindset and a solution-based thinker, able to perform a high volume of tasks, simultaneously
* The ability to demonstrate resilience, working well and delivering under high pressure
* Understanding of retail execution, delivery, marketing, sales and operations
* Experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Highly driven and able to adapt quickly to changes
