Job Details

Established company based on the outskirts on East Grinstead seek an accounts assistant to join their team to cover maternity. Reporting to the FD this role will be responsible for the following duties:

*Raising and sending sales ledger invoices

*Credit control and maintaining strong client relationships

*Liaising with Project Engineers and Directors to review and maintain an accurate Fee Forecast

*Updating project accounting module and analysis of project financial performance

*Processing Purchase ledger invoices

*Bank reconciliations

*Supporting the team as required

Ideal candidate will have solid accounts experience including strong sales ledger and credit control experience. Strong IT and communication skills are essential as is previous experience working with Sage Line 50. Fast learning, flexible team player with a tenacious approach to their work is also essential
