IT 1st/2nd Line Support Team Leader - GARUNTEED MINIMUM £1,000 YEARLY INCREASE

Area: Newhaven
Role: IT 1st/2nd Line Support Team Leader
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Excellent benefits

A UK industry leading company in Brighton area have an opening for a 1st/2nd line Helpdesk Supervisor/Team Lead to coordinate the daily operational activities of the IT service desk. They currently support 100+ clients and operate across the UK, however predominantly in the South East.

If you have undertaken a senior 2nd line role or a team leader role previously, you will be aware that this role offers a whole lot of important and exciting responsibilities including; structuring of service desk/business processes, technical staff management and training, driving performance and motivation, allocate tickets to the relevant teams and ultimately, leading by example in helping to drive the business further forward.
