Are you a Computer Science Teacher with experience teaching KS3 and 4?
Dunbar Education is working in partnership with an academy school based in Corby. The school is looking to recruit a successful Computer Science teacher to join them in September on a permanent basis.
Role:
As the Computer Science Teacher, you will be responsible to teach years 7 - 11, helping them build on their technical skills further. You must be a dedicated teacher who monitors all student's progress closely, ensuring all work is completed and marked. You will plan lessons to meet the needs of all learners and will always ensure a safe classroom. You will be able to maintain positive discipline and provide extra guidance and support where necessary. 1:1 experience Is highly desirable.
Required skills/experience:
The ideal Computer Science Teacher will have a Computer Science degree or equivalent and recent experience working within a secondary school environment. You will have adequate knowledge of coding and programming.
Person Specification:
It is important as the school's Computer Science teacher to carry out the professional duties of a qualified teacher in accordance with the current UK curriculum.
